Our homemade fruit liqueurs are popular with women! We also have a wide variety of shochu, including our Soba Highball, which has a pure, clear taste achieved by cooling and filtering at -20°C; our potato shochu Yakuomon, which is made 100% from the rare and mystical potato "Kurikogane" and features a gorgeous aroma and rich flavor; and our buckwheat shochu Kariboshi, which has a full-bodied flavor.You can mix it with ice, soda, or with buckwheat soup, as is customary at our restaurant.
